How to navigate the Service Desk

Search for common help topics using the search bar above. For example, if you cannot log in to OPCVA, type “login help” into the search bar.

You can also select a specific service portal below.

Portals

  1. Audio Visual

    A portal for staff to raise a request for AV.

  2. Facilities Management

    Raise a request for Facilities Management using the options provided.

  3. IT

    A portal for staff to raise a request for IT. This includes Wi-Fi, door access, and OPC technology assets. Users cannot make IT request for personal technology.

  4. Online Support

    Raise a support request for all websites including OPCVA.
